Join our Internal Audit Team, responsible for providing independent assurance and consulting to the Audit Committee, Board, and Management on the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance systems. Ideal candidates will have experience in delivering comprehensive audit activities with attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Produce analysis and contribute to the annual risk assessment and audit plan.
  2. Conduct risk-based audits and reviews efficiently following established methodology.
  3. Manage and track management actions to ensure resolution and proper documentation.
  4. Monitor business changes to adapt audit responses accordingly.
  5. Build strong relationships with business management.
  6. Foster collaboration across GIA, Risk, Compliance, and the business to embed a risk-aware culture.
  7. Prepare management reports supporting audit activities at various levels.
  8. Support GIA co-sourcing activities, including relationship management and resource quality.
  9. Drive continuous improvement in audit practices and methodologies.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven internal audit experience, preferably within financial services.
  • Understanding of risk and control principles.
  • Knowledge of financial services industry regulations.
  • Experience with monitoring and stakeholder management.
  • Motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Effective influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong data analytics skills.
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial services qualifications such as ACA, CFA, FRM, CIA, CISA, etc.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior management.
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of business processes and controls in financial services.
  • Technical product knowledge.
  • Understanding of treasury risks and regulations.
