People & Culture Lead - Remote-First

Greyparrot AI, Ltd. is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to shape how a remote-first team of ~60 across the UK and Europe experiences work.

You will partner with the Head of People on onboarding, benefits administration, and employee experience from day one to departure, with in-person events when needed. You’ll own the employee journey, help design connections across teams and time zones, plan team events, and turn feedback into concrete improvements.

Formación

• 3+ years in People, HR or employee experience.
• Experience owning onboarding and benefits admin.
• Familiarity with HiBob or similar HRIS.
• Experience in remote-first or distributed teams.
• Ability to design and improve employee experience across journeys.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve the employee journey from first day to last.
• Coordinate onboarding, benefits, and employee experience initiatives.
• Plan and execute team events and cross-team activities.
• Collaborate with Head of People to build scalable People ops.
• Gather feedback and drive changes based on data and results.
