The Arts Club Limited in London invites applications for a People & Culture Intern (full-time or part-time). You will support core HR functions, onboarding processes, HR systems, learning & development, internal communications, and policy documentation, contributing to structured audit and improvement projects.

You will help with recruitment platforms, onboarding administration, HR data entry, LMS support, and internal communications.

Formación

• Interest in Human Resources / People & Culture and eagerness to learn.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and discretion.
• Strong written communication and administrative professionalism.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Support updates to recruitment platforms, internal documentation, SOPs, and policies.
• Assist with onboarding administration, reviewing documents and audit checklists.
• Support HR systems administration, including data entry for starters and leavers.
• Assist Learning & Development activities, maintain training records and LMS.
• Create and support internal People & Culture communications and content.
• Organise and maintain digital HR files with data protection and version control.
• Provide flexible administrative and project support to the P&C team.
