Job summary

IQE in the UK is seeking a proactive People & Culture Coordinator on a fixed-term basis to support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through payroll and offboarding, within a global team.

You will maintain HR records, handle confidential information, and ensure GDPR compliance while assisting with recruitment, benefits, and development activities.

Qualifications

  • Previous HR administration, coordination or people-focused administration experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of UK employment law, GDPR and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the People and Culture team across HR activities.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new starters, including checks and induction.
  • Assist recruitment: advertising vacancies, coordinating interviews and comms.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Support lifecycle changes: contracts, promotions, transfers, exits.
  • Coordinate payroll activities and ensure changes are processed on time.
  • Assist with offboarding and exit interviews.
  • Support benefits administration, wellbeing initiatives and recognition programmes.
  • Assist with learning and development activities and training records.
  • Produce HR reports and data as required.
  • Respond to HR queries and provide admin support to staff and managers.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to policies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career within a global business, gaining exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle.As HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting employees and managers across a range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee development, benefits administration and offboarding.
