Would you like to be part of a team that is driving dynamic and exciting changes to their people practices? Our forward-looking People and Culture team has an opportunity for a People & Culture Business Partner to join them.
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will support the business in delivering their people strategy. You will work in partnership with management and leadership teams, providing high-quality HR and employee relations advice nationally, and supporting strategic change projects. You will lead local improvements to employee experience, talent management, and capability, as well as support the Group People & Culture Director on national projects.
We operate a hybrid work model, offering flexibility between home and office. Our team collaborates closely with HR functions including Recruitment, Operations, Learning and Development, and other Business Partners to deliver comprehensive HR support.

If you have experience working in HR teams, especially in collaboration with Recruitment and Learning & Development, this role offers an excellent opportunity to foster a collaborative culture. You should have experience in identifying issues, designing solutions, and leading HR improvement projects.
