Job summary

National Energy System Operator (NESO) is seeking a People Consultant to translate strategy into practical people actions, improve workforce capability and colleague experience. You will work with People Partners and business stakeholders to deliver development projects, planning and change initiatives in a hybrid Warwick-based role.

Applicants should have experience in organisational development, workforce planning and employee experience, with strong data analysis and project delivery skills.

Qualifications

Right to work in UK by start of employment.
CIPD Level 5 desirable.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic priorities into practical People initiatives and measurable outcomes.
Coach and facilitate organisational development interventions with managers.
Analyse workforce data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Lead and deliver People and Organisational Development projects with stakeholders.
Identify and escalate emerging people risks and issues.
