Job summary

SF Recruitment is partnering with a Nottingham-based organisation to recruit a Communications & Engagement Manager to join the People team. You will own the communications and engagement strategy and hands-on delivery across internal and external audiences.

You will work closely with the Head of HR and leadership to enhance how the business communicates, engages stakeholders and embeds inclusive practices while delivering impactful initiatives and reporting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Develop and deliver internal and external communications strategies.
• Create campaigns and engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Manage newsletters, intranet updates and leadership communications.
• Support equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Analyse engagement data and report on impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal and external communications strategies.
• Plan campaigns and create engaging content for different audiences.
• Manage newsletters, intranet updates, employee briefings and business announcements.
• Support senior leaders with clear and consistent communications across the organisation.
• Develop employee engagement initiatives, surveys, focus groups and feedback opportunities.
• Analyse employee feedback and engagement data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives and embed inclusive practices.
• Plan and coordinate employee events, recognition activities and engagement campaigns.
• Manage external communications, media relationships and PR activity.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the effectiveness of communications and engagement initiatives and produce reports.
