Job summary

Story Contracting Limited is seeking a People Co-ordinator to assist the People Team across our North West, South and Central divisions. Based from Chorley, you will provide pragmatic HR advice and support the recruitment process while building strong working relationships.

The role emphasises HR administration, confidentiality, and proactivity within a growing civil engineering business. A permanent, on-site position with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience working in an HR administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and experience of working to deadlines.
• Positive and flexible, ‘can-do’ approach.
• Ability to maintain process, professionalism and confidentiality.
