Job summary

The University of Leeds is seeking a People Change & Engagement Partner to lead organisational change and engagement activity across our community. This role sits on the campus with scope for hybrid work and flexible arrangements.

You will deliver the employee engagement survey programme and generate meaningful insight to inform decision-making, helping colleagues navigate change and supporting the embedding of new ways of working across teams and units.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational change projects.
• Strong consulting, analytical and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives across the university and shape engagement activity.
• Deliver the employee engagement survey programme and translate insight into action.
• Work with leaders to identify people impacts of change and support implementation.
• Help embed new ways of working through cross-university collaboration.
