Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience of employee engagement, employee experience, organisational development or culture change.
• Experience designing and delivering engagement strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a university-wide employee engagement strategy.
• Design initiatives to enhance engagement, belonging, motivation and commitment.
• Monitor engagement trends and benchmark against HE sector and external market.
• Analyse survey results and translate insights into action with senior leaders.
