Islington Council is recruiting a Team Leader to manage a small team delivering Daylight services for people with profound and multiple learning disabilities. You will guide frontline staff, support the Deputy Manager, and help shape day-to-day practice to ensure high-quality service for residents.

The role offers the chance to contribute to service development and to lead a team committed to inclusive, person-centred support within Daylight and community provision.

Responsibilities

• Line manage a small group of Support staff to maintain and improve the quality of life of residents.
• Assist the Deputy Manager and the Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, high-quality service.
• Contribute to shaping practice and the future direction of Day and Community provision.
