Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the role holder will be responsible for business partnering with leadership teams in Editorial, FT Specialist, Finance & Communications. The role involves co-creating and implementing our people strategy and objectives to support FT's business strategy. It suits a People Business Partner experienced in working with a highly creative and independent workforce, with good humour and heart.
This role is a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover contract.
