Job summary
Frasers Group is seeking a People Business Partner to support the business as it transitions to an AI-enabled operating model. You will partner with senior leaders and AI enablement teams to translate programmes into clear people outcomes across organisation design, workforce planning, learning and change management.
In this role you will design future-ready structures, map capabilities, enable leadership capability, and drive engagement to ensure sustainable adoption of AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experienced People Business Partner with strong change and transformation experience.
- Background in organisation design, workforce planning and change management.
- Comfortable supporting technology-enabled or digital transformation.
- Commercial, pragmatic and able to operate in ambiguity.
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience).
