Job summary
Frasers Group Financial Services is building a lean AI capability to deploy practical agentic automation across the business. The AI & Agentic Automation Manager will lead this effort, collaborating with technology, AI engineering and business teams to identify opportunities, design scalable solutions and drive adoption.
This hands-on leadership role demands experimentation, building and applying emerging AI tech to real business problems, with governance and transformation at the core of
Qualifications
- Experience leading AI, automation or intelligent technology initiatives.
- Ability to build and deploy AI-enabled applications.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, agents and orchestration.
- Experience with APIs, integrations and AI-enabled workflows.
- Translate business processes into technical solutions.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Experience with data platforms or data warehousing solutions.
- Knowledge of Snowflake, RAG, MCP or similar agent integration tech.
- Experience with AI governance, orchestration frameworks or feedback systems.
- Experience in financial services, fintech or regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI & Agentic Capability, developing AI/agentic solutions from concept to production.
- Identify opportunities to boost business performance via AI, automation and agents.
- Design scalable solutions using models, data, automation and system integrations.
- Evaluate emerging tech and establish best-practice delivery approaches.
- Design and implement AI agents and automated workflows for decision-making.
- Integrate agents with internal/external systems including MCP.
- Build feedback mechanisms to continuously improve performance and adoption.
- Redesign processes and embed AI-enabled ways of working.
- Transform manual/inefficient processes through AI and automation.
- Translate business requirements into practical tech and support adoption.
- Measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop the AI/automation capability, set priorities and standards.
- Coach team members and support capability growth over time.
- Establish governance, testing and validation standards without stifling innovation.
- Monitor AI performance, security, access controls and outcomes.
- Apply responsible AI principles, auditability and ongoing maintenance.
