United Infrastructure Energy Limited is recruiting a People Business Partner based in Warrington to partner with the Energy Infrastructure pillar and leadership teams. You will drive talent strategies, manage employee relations, TUPE and restructures, and use data to inform workforce decisions.
The role requires CIPD Level 7 or equivalent HR experience, strong UK employment law knowledge, and excellent stakeholder and negotiation skills. Regular travel to other sites is expected.

Due to recent growth our Energy Infrastructure business are looking to recruit a People Business Partners to work closely with business leaders and line managers to build capabilities, plan and manage talent, and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives. You will work closely within the Energy Infrastructure and help it to implement the business strategy from a people perspective, using your stakeholder engagement skills to develop meaningful relationships with key people in the pillar, and other people teams in the organisation. Skills in relationship building and influencing are essential. You will also need to be able to use data, metrics and evidence to inform and drive decision making and change across your business area. Please note that this role will be based in Warrington; however, regular travel to other sites will be required.
