An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust as a People Business Partner.
As a People Business Partner, your role will be to lead the provision of a strategic, operational, and business-focused people relations service to all staff within the Division. This includes workforce planning and development, resourcing, employee relations, leading and influencing organisational change, and staff development and training.
The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification or equivalent, experience in change management, and the ability to develop new roles and ways of working.
This post is primarily based at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, with a location at 6 Orsman Road. There is an option to work from home 1-2 days per week.
