You will lead the development and delivery of a contract-specific People Plan , ensuring people strategy is fully aligned to business objectives, operational priorities, and future workforce needs.

Working closely with Operational Management teams, you will provide hands‑on HR support across all business-as-usual activity, including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, resource planning, culture, engagement and capability development. You will act as a trusted advisor, balancing compliance, commercial awareness and people experience.

You will build strong, credible relationships with key stakeholders across the contract and wider business, serving as a first point of contact for people matters and ensuring One HR and L&D initiatives are effectively communicated, embedded and sustained.

Through effective data management and insight, you will monitor key people metrics including absence, attrition, headcount and TOM reporting, ensuring alignment with HR OGSP and supporting informed decision‑making.
