Location: Nationwide travel (Manchester, Birmingham, Northampton) Hybrid

About the role

We're now seeking a dynamic People Business Partner to join our prestigious Central Government business unit, partnering with the UK Government's largest security guarding workforce at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). This is a unique opportunity to influence and embed people strategy across a workforce of over 3,000 colleagues, while leveraging your expertise in trade union relations and strategic HR leadership.

You'll lead a team of trainers, champion talent development, and collaborate closely with operational leadership and recognised Trade Unions to ensure our people strategy delivers real impact.
