Job summary

We Are Adam in Manchester is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work directly with senior leaders, translating people strategy into pragmatic actions that boost business performance. The role is hybrid, with 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH, and is an 18-month FTC.

You will partner with leadership to drive change, coach managers, and act as a trusted advisor on ER, engagement and capability, using data to inform smarter decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner in a large-scale operation.
• Experience working with Trade Unions.
• Experience in fast-paced, large-scale environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing at all levels.
• Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset.
• Confident communicator able to challenge constructively.
• Solid employment law knowledge and good judgement.

You'll work at the heart of the business, partnering with senior leaders to shape decisions, drive change, and improve how people are led and supported. What you'll be doing

• Partnering with leaders to align people strategy with business goals
• Supporting organisational change & transformation activity

What we're looking for

• Proven existing experience operating as a HR Business Partner.
• Experience working with Trade Unions
• Experience gained ideally within fast paced large scale operations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
• Confident communicator who can influence and challenge constructively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong employment law knowledge and sound judgement
• Ideally CIPD qualified
