Kidderminster College is recruiting a proactive People and Development Advisor to join the central NCG function while providing local HR support. This full-time role (37 hours per week) offers the chance to shape culture, support managers and colleagues, and contribute to group-wide HR initiatives across colleges.

The People and Development Advisor will report into the central HR/People & Development team, providing the opportunity to develop relationships and experience across the wider group.
