East Surrey College is seeking an experienced People Manager to lead high-quality HR services across the College Group. This role blends strategic workforce partnering with hands-on leadership to shape workforce strategies that support staff and student success.
You will lead a team of HR professionals, advise senior leaders on complex employee relations matters, and oversee employment policy compliance and data management. A proactive, inclusive approach is essential.
College location: East Surrey College (Redhill) and John Ruskin College (Croydon)
Hours: Full time (37 hours/week)
