Are you an experienced HR or People & Culture professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys being a trusted advisor to senior leaders? • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience with HRIS systems and strong data management skills
  • Solid understanding of compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking and benefits administration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels
  • An understanding of cross-cultural differences and the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders
