Job summary

A leading hotel group is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to provide essential administrative support within the HR department. The role involves facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding, event organisation, and communication of benefits. Candidates should have HR or administrative experience, strong communication skills, and confidence in using HR systems. Qualifications

  • Prior experience in hospitality industry HR desired.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

About the location:

This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is currently recruiting for a People and Culture Coordinator (HR) to join the team!

The Role Of The People And Culture Coordinator

The People and Culture Coordinator is the first welcoming person employees and applicants meet upon entering into the People and Culture Office on property. This position provides valuable administrative support to the People and Culture department and has the opportunity to delve into a variety of HR functions including facilitating the new starter and exit interview processes, organising employee events and celebrations, creatively sharing employee communication, administering and presenting our variety of benefits and perks to employees, supporting the recruitment life-cycle, coordinating workflow in HR systems and more! The People and Culture Coordinator handles every task with integrity and confidentiality.

A Successful People And Culture Coordinator Will Have

  • Prior experience in an administrative and/or HR role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva (HR systems experience preferred - Workday HRIS and Fourth Payroll)
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to multi-task and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
