This is an exciting opportunity to join AVEVA’s People Data and Insights team. This role will cover a mix of both technical Workday reporting and storytelling aspects of analytics. This role will be key in providers stakeholders with data for key decision making across a broad spectrum of areas. This role will cover both BAU and project work.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the People team members to create reports, dashboard and analytics which will lead to data-driven insights
- Utilise the breadth of Workday reporting: Advanced Reporting, Custom Reporting, Discovery Boards, Prism and People Analytics
- Collaborate with the wider People team to produce narrative and storytelling to the data which will help bring insights to life, use of both quantitative and qualitative techniques
- Work to develop data accuracy and data integrity through data quality checks
- Helps drive user adoption by becoming an advocate for data and continually gather feedback to improve the user experience
- Develops project plans, prioritizes project requests, monitors project completion to assigned deadlines, and ensures quality and timely delivery of solutions
- Present data in an appealing and engaging way tailored to the audience
Skills And Qualifications
- Role model the AVEVA values through Impact, Aspiration, Curiosity and Trust behaviours
- Ideally have a few years hands-on Workday reporting skills utilising Core reporting in HCM such as Workday Discovery Boards and Advanced Dashboards
- Experience of working in a People Team (HR Team)
- Strong writing and communicating skills as well as data visualisation skills
- Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Liaising with the senior stakeholders and presenting reports where required
- Prior Workday Training/ Certifications advantageous

Hybrid working
