Job summary

Nationwide is hiring for an Analytics & Insight Manager to partner with the Head of Business Banking Operational Transformation. Based across our UK estate with hybrid working, you’ll deliver data governance, performance insights, and reporting to the leadership team and risk committees.

You will build relationships across the Society, shape data strategy, and explore AI opportunities to enhance operations and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance, data management and analytics across large organisations.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in data analysis using MS Office tools and data presentation platforms.
• Interest in AI adoption within financial services and operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and present data insights to Business Banking stakeholders and risk committees.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team to embed change and drive transformation.
• Develop data-driven strategies to support transformation and resilience.
