Ravensbourne University London is seeking a talented People Analytics and Data Officer to join the People & Culture team in Greenwich Peninsula. You will lead workforce data, HR systems, and analytics, developing dashboards and reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.

You will administer the iTrent HR/Payroll system, extract and interpret data from diverse sources, and collaborate with colleagues across HR, Finance, Payroll and IT.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Analytics, HR systems, workforce planning or data reporting.
• Advanced Power BI skills with experience in workforce reporting.
• Experience with HR systems such as iTrent (HR/Payroll).
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain workforce dashboards and MI reports using Power BI, SAP Business Objects, and other tools.
• Produce high-quality people analytics to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Act as administrator for the iTrent HR/Payroll system, providing user support and maintenance.
• Extract, analyse and interpret workforce data from multiple sources to generate insights.
• Support workforce planning through robust data analysis and reporting.
• Lead statutory and regulatory reporting (e.g., HESA and Gender Pay Gap submissions).
• Ensure data quality, GDPR compliance and governance across reporting work.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT to develop HR data solutions.
