Wasabi Sushi and Bento is hiring a People Advisor – Restaurants based in Park Royal. You will be the first point of contact for restaurant employees and managers, delivering policy-guided advice across absence, wellbeing, performance and benefits.

You will own core payroll-related/admin processes and ensure accurate employee records. You will report to the Senior People Business Partner - Restaurants and collaborate with managers to maintain compliance, support restructures, and deliver a

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be educated to A level or equivalent, preferably CIPD qualified.
• Demonstrated HR advisory experience in fast-paced hospitality or retail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for people queries for restaurant teams.
• Deliver policy-grounded guidance on absence, wellbeing, performance and benefits.
• Manage visa renewals and ensure timely action.
• Maintain accurate employee records and lifecycle administration.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts and other employee communications.
• Support managers with policy guidance and case management.
• Contribute to data quality checks and routine reports.
