Are you ready to take on a pivotal role within our dynamic People Team?
As a People Advisor, you will report directly to the Head of People and be the first point of contact for all human resource enquiries at Freebridge Community Housing. You will provide essential advice and support to managers and colleagues across Freebridge in key HR matters. This includes attendance management, change management, employment law, employee relations, and performance management processes. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in integrating the new HRIS system into Freebridge and host training and feedback sessions with employees.
Type and term of contract: Fixed Term Contract for 6 months, Full-time

Established in 2006, Freebridge received the transfer of the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk's housing stock. We now have over 7,500 properties across west and north Norfolk, building new homes for social and affordable rent, and supporting shared ownership. We have achieved significant milestones, including delivering on our tenants' promises and upgrading homes to the Decent Homes Standard.
