Arnold Clark, based in Manchester, is seeking an experienced People Advisor to join our HR team. The role focuses on employee relations, providing advice across departments and supporting managers across multiple sites.

You will handle disciplinary and absence matters, work closely with the People Team, and participate in training and engagement initiatives. Hybrid working is available after an initial training period in the office.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in an employee relations role.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative.
• Knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Hours

Full time: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Hybrid working is available however for training purposes, your first three month will be office-based.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our People Team based at our Office in Manchester. You will be skilled in all aspects of employee relations and get involved in our employee engagement work. We are conducting meetings via conference calls. However, we will need you to be flexible to cover an assigned area within the branch network.
