Norwood Ravenswood, a leading charity in the UK, seeks a People Advisor to support employee relations and change management processes. This role requires strong communication skills, CIPD qualifications, and expertise in navigating complex people-related challenges. With a hybrid working model, you will play a critical role in guiding the organization through various employee matters while promoting a supportive workplace culture.
Location: Head Office, London and Ravenswood
Hybrid working: 2 days on site as required (between Stanmore, London & Ravenswood Village) and home working
Are you CIPD qualified, up to speed with the latest employment laws, and experienced in employee relations including disciplinary, grievances, change management, and consultation processes? Do you possess strong people skills, enjoy working at pace, and can quickly build effective working relationships with excellent communication skills? If so, we have an ideal opportunity for you to put your expertise into a purpose-led and rewarding role!
We are seeking an experienced People Advisor to play a critical role in supporting the organisation through complex employee relations matters, change management, organisational restructures, and stakeholder partnerships. This is a key role for someone who can offer expert advice, influence leaders, and guide managers through sensitive people-related challenges with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
