People Advisor - Employee Relations Focus

What will you get up to?

• Proven experience as a People Advisor in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, with strong

employee relations expertise (60-70% ER casework).

• Confidence in advising and pushing back on senior stakeholders.

• Skilled at coaching managers and handling difficult conversations with credibility and trust.

• Strong knowledge of employment law and complex ER case management.

• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of cases.

• Personable, credible, and able to build trust quickly.

• CIPD qualification is a plus but not essential — support available if needed.

• Ready to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.

• Comfortable managing some admin, reporting, and project work alongside ER responsibilities.
