An established industry player is seeking a proactive People Advisor to join their dynamic HR team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive HR support, from recruitment to employee relations, in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with various stakeholders, ensuring effective performance management and employee engagement initiatives. This role will work closely with 1 other People Advisor in the region; however, the team also includes an Assistant People Advisor and is supported by a People Assistant and a member of our central People Operations Team.
The remit of the role will focus on proactive HR support and advice to your client groups, including completion of the annual bonus and salary review processes, dealing with employee relations issues as they arise, providing wellbeing and absence management support, provision of management information/analysis, and delivery of learning and development initiatives.
