West Midlands Combined Authority is seeking an HR Administrator to join the People Shared Service Centre in Birmingham. You will provide transactional HR administration across the employee lifecycle, respond to queries, support onboarding, maintain records and deliver timely documentation.
This role is a 6 month fixed-term contract with a focus on accurate data, SLA-driven ticket handling and supporting BW self-service. Office-based with a need to collaborate across teams.

As a People Administrator, you will be part of our People Shared Service Centre, providing effective and efficient HR administration across the employee lifecycle. From responding to queries and supporting onboarding to maintaining accurate records and producing timely documentation, your work will help deliver a professional, responsive and trusted service for our people.
Please note that this is a 6 month fixed term contract.
The location for this role is 16 Summer Lane, Birmingham, B19 3SD with at least 2 days a week spent in the office.
