We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Director of Marketing and Engagement and Director of Communications, while also delivering high-quality administrative assistance to the wider team.
This varied and impactful role will see you coordinating complex diaries, preparing high-quality meeting packs, taking minutes, managing expenses, and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly.
You’ll also be instrumental in maintaining efficient office systems, streamlining procedures, and building strong working relationships across departments to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
The role will be based in the office for a minimum of two days per week, with flexibility to support the diaries and commitments of both Directors, including accompanying them on site visits where required.
