The role involves close collaboration with Trustees and stakeholders, managing documentation, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with pensions legislation. Qualifications

• Experience working with UK trust-based defined benefit and/or defined contribution pension schemes.
• Experience supporting Trustee Boards or governance structures.
• Strong understanding of UK pensions legislation, regulation, and governance best practice.

Responsabilités

• Support Trustee Boards and sub-committees by coordinating meetings and drafting minutes.
• Maintain and manage documentation on trustee and governance portals.
• Coordinate and oversee projects such as annual scheme audits and member communications.

Connaissances

Experience working with UK trust-based defined benefit and/or defined contribution pension schemes

Experience supporting Trustee Boards or governance structures

Strong understanding of UK pensions legislation, regulation, and governance best practice

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
