Job summary

Trafalgar House is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Business Solutions team. You will analyse business requirements, translate them into clear specs, and support system enhancements, process changes and client implementations within defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes.

Qualifications

• A-Level or equivalent with GCSE English and Maths.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in pensions or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and produce clear change specifications.
• Analyse scheme rules, data flows, and interfaces; identify risks.
• Document findings with review, version control and sign-off.
• Provide SME on business processes and systems.
• Complete detailed acceptance testing and confirm readiness for release.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity.
