Job summary

eNL Legal in the Midlands is seeking a Pensions Solicitor with 7+ years PQE at Partner level to lead the pensions practice. You will advise trustees, employers and other stakeholders, and develop lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Applications are sought from pensions lawyers with 7+ years' PQE who have the technical ability, commercial awareness and relationship-building skills to succeed at a senior level.
• Strong experience advising on a broad range of pensions matters, with the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially relevant solutions.
• A sound understanding of the issues facing pension scheme trustees, employers and other stakeholders.
• The confidence to manage complex client relationships and become a trusted adviser on strategic pensions issues.
• A proactive approach to business development, with the ability to identify opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline of work.
• An interest in developing your own profile across the Midlands and contributing to the growth of the wider practice.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work alongside colleagues across complementary legal disciplines to deliver a joined-up service.
