The role focuses on growing and shaping a specialist pensions practice across the Midlands, building lasting client relationships and providing strategic leadership in a busy market.

The successful candidate will bring technical pensions expertise, commercial vision and a proven ability to develop the firm’s presence in the Midlands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' PQE in pensions law with senior level capability.
• Strong experience advising on a broad range of pensions matters.
• Understanding of pension scheme trustees, employers and stakeholders.
• Proactive business development and client relationship growth.
• Ambition to grow Midlands market and strengthen practice.
