Vincere, based in Manchester, seeks a Pensions Solicitor to join our market-leading Employment, Pensions and Immigration team. You will manage a mixed pensions caseload, advise on private and public sector schemes, and handle advisory, transactional and documentation work.

Join a national team advising employers across the UK, with opportunities to build client relationships, contribute to BD activities, and engage in innovation within the pensions practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 1 to 6 years’ PQE in pensions law.
• Experience across advisory, transactional and documentation matters.
• Strong technical skills and clear communication.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work both in a team and independently.

Pensions Solicitor

Location: Manchester

Salary: £55,000 to £90,000 (depending on experience)

Experience: 1 to 6 years’ PQE

Our client is looking to hire a Pensions Solicitor into a market-leading Employment, Pensions and Immigration team, based in Manchester. This is a great opportunity if you want a varied pensions caseload, exposure to both private and public sector schemes, and the chance to build your profile through client relationship work and business development.

You will support senior colleagues while also running your own matters, with scope to get involved in innovation and product development initiatives within the pensions practice.

You will join a national team advising employers across the UK on pensions matters, working closely with colleagues across the wider EPI group. The role offers a mix of advisory, transactional and documentation work, with a supportive environment to develop technically and commercially.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a mixed caseload of pensions matters

• Advising on a range of private and public sector pension schemes

• Handling advisory, transactional and documentation work

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Supporting pensions business development activity, including attending events and assisting with behind-the-scenes BD work

• Contributing to innovation and product development initiatives within the team

• Working in line with client and internal service levels and internal procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 1 to 6 years’ PQE in pensions law

• Experience across advisory, transactional and documentation matters

• Strong technical skills and clear, confident communication

• Methodical, organised approach with strong attention to detail

• Able to manage competing deadlines and work efficiently
