Job summary

TPT Retirement Solutions is seeking a Risk Analyst in Leeds to strengthen and evolve our risk management framework. You will analyse risks, prepare insights, and support governance processes with Trustees and committees within a regulated pensions setting.

You’ll work with colleagues across the organisation to monitor risk, provide reporting, and promote sound risk-taking culture to support informed governance and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in pensions, financial services or regulated industries with trustees is essential.
• Able to identify, assess and manage operational, regulatory, financial or reputational risks.
• Strong relationships and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Constructive challenge to improve risk outcomes.
• Understanding of Pension Scheme Trustee governance structures and decision-making processes.
• Experience presenting risk information to various audiences.
• Strong analytical skills to spot trends and suggest solutions.
• Experience using risk management tools and reporting systems, incl. Excel and Power Query.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Commitment to high-quality, accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Support development and continuous improvement of the risk management framework.
• Maintain and enhance risk registers, reporting and monitoring tools.
• Analyse risk data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support effective risk management practices.
• Provide constructive challenge on controls, policies and processes.
• Prepare risk reports and insights for senior leaders, committees and Trustees.
• Support governance activities, including committee meetings, agendas and minutes.
• Promote a positive, informed approach to risk-taking across the organisation.
