Qualifications

• Significant senior risk management experience in pensions, investments or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of governance, regulatory and enterprise risk management.
• Experience with risk advisory, assurance, controls and GRC frameworks.
• Credible and confident working with senior stakeholders and Boards.
• Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the risk management framework, policies and standards.
• Provide independent risk advisory and assurance across the business.
• Advise Boards, Executives and Committees on strategic and emerging risks.
• Oversee risk reporting, KRIs and risk appetite monitoring.
• Support major business change, transformation and new propositions.
• Champion a strong risk culture through education, engagement and leadership.
