Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in pension governance, risk management, or benefits administration.
• Proven ability to manage governance, regulatory compliance, and member administration in pension schemes.
• Experience with UK and/or Irish pension schemes (defined contribution and/or defined benefit).
• Experience in compliance, governance, audit, or risk management.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups).

Responsibilities

• Support governance of UK and Ireland pension schemes, including trustee/governance committee coordination and regulatory filings.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies for international retirement plans.
• Conduct risk assessments for operational, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks.
• Monitor auto-enrolment compliance and regulatory requirements (TPR, Pensions Authority).
• Create corrective action plans to address vulnerabilities and fiduciary threats.
• Support vendor management activities including advisor reviews and benchmarking.
