XPS Group is seeking a Pensions Pricing Analyst in Reading to support the Admin Pricing Group with pricing and profitability analyses. You will coordinate cases, prepare information for reviews, and collaborate across Client Management, Business Development and Operations to drive commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cases and ensure information is prepared for weekly reviews.
• Summarise key facts and decisions for the group.
• Improve profitability tools, including pricing modelling and analysis.
• Foster cross-departmental relationships to support collaboration.
• Develop and circulate meeting agendas and track decisions to implementation.
• Challenge constructively to drive pricing and case management improvements.
• Monitor financial impact of pricing decisions and contract end dates.
