Job summary

GXO Logistics in Northampton is seeking an Assistant Manager, Pensions to lead daily administration, governance and compliance of GXO's defined contribution arrangements, with responsibility for data, enrolment and contributions across payroll and pension provider systems.

You will manage a small team, partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous service improvements, shaping the future of pensions at GXO.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of UK pensions legislation for DC/DB schemes and auto-enrolment compliance.
• DC pension administration experience; exposure to DB/public sector pensions desirable; APMI qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration, governance and compliance of GXO's defined contribution arrangements; ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Manage pension data, contributions, enrolment and re-enrolment across payroll, MyBenefits and provider systems.
• Act as pensions lead for TUPE transfers and business change projects; review obligations and support onboarding/offboarding.
