Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Pensions in Northampton with hybrid working. You will lead the day-to-day governance of defined contribution schemes, ensure regulatory compliance and manage data flows with payroll and providers.

The role requires DC/DB knowledge, auto-enrolment experience and strong Excel skills, plus stakeholder management across HR and payroll. Competitive salary up to £55,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UK pensions legislation including DC/DB and auto-enrolment.
• Strong numeracy and data analysis skills.
• Experience with payroll and HR systems for data integration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration, governance and compliance of GXO's defined contribution arrangements.
• Manage pension data, contributions, enrolment and re-enrolment processes across payroll, MyBenefits and pension provider systems.
• Act as pensions lead for TUPE transfers and business change projects, reviewing obligations and onboarding/offboarding.
• Partner with payroll, HR and external providers to implement system enhancements and improve service delivery.
• Drive pension-related projects and cross-functional initiatives across the GXO Group.
