Based at our Wolverhampton offices with a flexible hybrid pattern, you will be the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, delivering high-quality user support for Pension Administration and business applications.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills with a proactive approach to improving processes.
• Customer-focused service delivery and adherence to service levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for technology incidents and service requests.
• Manage incidents and requests through lifecycle to ensure timely resolution and closure.
• Provide first-line support for Pension Administration and related business applications.
• Perform routine operational checks to support service availability.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and customer experience.
• Log, categorise and prioritise incidents and service requests per defined SLAs.
