Hours: 22.5hrs per week, worked across five days. The final working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate to meet business and operational requirements.

About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Risk & Pensions, the Pensions & Insurance Administrator plays an important role in supporting the effective administration of the Group's pension schemes and insurance arrangements. The role is responsible for delivering a professional, accurate and confidential service to employees, pension scheme members and external stakeholders, ensuring that day to day activities are completed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
Working closely with internal departments and external providers, the successful candidate will support member communications, maintain accurate records, coordinate insurance administration activities and contribute to ongoing process improvements and departmental projects.
