Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Pensions Consultant to join First Actuarial, based in Basingstoke, Peterborough, or Tonbridge. You’ll deliver consultancy, secretarial, and governance services to clients and support internal teams on pension projects.

We seek exceptional communication, organisational skills, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering pension scheme client services. This role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in pension scheme management and governance.
• Client-focused relationship management with strong communication.
• Experience delivering pension scheme client services and governance work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert consultancy, secretariat, and governance services.
• Coordinate Trustee and client meetings, prepare reports and minutes.
• Lead projects and maintain detailed project plans.
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations for clients.
• Support onboarding of new clients and contribute to tenders.
