Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Pensions Consultant to join our expert team. You’ll be based in Basingstoke, Leeds, Peterborough or Tonbridge and deliver consultancy, secretariat and governance services to a diverse client base.

You’ll coordinate Trustee meetings and maintain governance documentation while contributing to new business initiatives. The role requires excellent communication, organisation and a proven track record in pension scheme management, with a collaborative approach to working with

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in pension scheme management.
• Strong client-focused relationship management.
• Experience delivering pension client services.
• Good understanding of pension scheme governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert consultancy, secretariat and governance services to a broad client portfolio.
• Coordinate Trustee and client meetings; prepare agendas, reports and minutes.
• Maintain governance documentation; ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Lead and support a range of projects; draft and maintain detailed project plans.
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations for internal and client audiences.
• Support onboarding of new clients and contribute to tenders/proposals.
• Collaborate with specialist consultancy team to deliver exceptional services.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and pensions legislation updates.
