Gallagher is seeking a Pensions Consultant to join our expert team. Based in Basingstoke, Leeds, Peterborough or Tonbridge, you will deliver consultancy, secretariat, and governance services to a diverse client portfolio.

You will coordinate trustee meetings, maintain governance documentation, lead projects, and present high-quality reports. A strong background in pension scheme management and client relationships is essential, with a proactive, collaborative approach expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert consultancy, secretariat, and governance services to a diverse portfolio of clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage Trustee and client meetings, prepare agendas and reports, record minutes, and track actions.
• Maintain governance documentation and policies to support governance standards.
• Lead and support projects with timely delivery and detailed project plans.
• Produce high-quality reports, documents, and presentations for internal and client audiences.
• Support onboarding of new clients and contribute to tenders and proposals.
• Collaborate with the specialist consultancy team to deliver services to external clients and internal teams.
• Commit to personal growth and staying up to date with pensions legislation and developments.
